How does Audi have 5 valves per cyl?

How is this done on there v6 engines. How does Audi have 5 valves per cyl?Audi is innovative in their 5 valve cylinder head design. They use the regular 4 valves for normal operation but the fifth one is incorporated for extra power and efficiency. They have strategically placed them in a part of the combustion chamber where they can ad extra air/fuel mixture and aid in the ionizing and burning of the fuel. This auxiliary system is great for performance but probably has its drawbacks when it comes time for a valve adjustment. How does Audi have 5 valves per cyl? There's 5 valves in a pentagon formation, spark plug in the middle, they are all the same size. Three are for intake, two for exhaust.
