The big thing is the timing belt it has to be done and can be expensive. Also if it's an automatic you'll want to have the trani fluid flushed which is also expensive the zf transmissions that Audi use take a specific fluid which is expensive around $40 a quart and it takes 5-6 quarts plus filters and what not.
