Im thinking of buying an Audi A4. They look very sleek and nice, but would it be a good car to buy?

They look very sleek and nice, but would it be a good car to buy?you know, it depends on who you talk to, I knew several audi owners and when the car was running right they had no complaints, an audi is a very expensive Volkswagen, neither one is known for being a dependable long lasting low maintenance car, they are know for expensive mechanical problems, and especially an older one, parts can be difficult to obtain, and audi had some odd combinations like 5 cylinder motors, and an electric power steering that failed often and cost was astronomical. So to each his own, some audi may be super reliable, but in the end, it is an expensive Volkswagen, there are a LOT OF OTHER MORE DEPENDABLE CARS from Honda toyota nissan, and subaru for all wheel drive with out these problems. Always take any used car to a mechanic you trust, this is the best way to find out the information you need to know. (keep in mind your mechanic works on broken crappy car all day long, if he has been in business for a while, he knows good or bad cars.Im thinking of buying an Audi A4.
