The dealership where I live charges $150 for diagnostics and $250 to have a technician hook the car up to the diagnostic machine, so even if it's a $30 sensor that takes less than 20 min to fix you won't walk out of service with a bill less than $400. Labor charges for Audi Techs run above $100/hr as well. Add in the cost of premium fuel, full synthetic oil, expensive replacement parts, and specialized tire sizes, you are looking at a serious investment for a performance vehicle.
