Where, on an audi a4 1998 fuse box, can I find the fuse for the cigar lighter?

I want to use my sat nav but the fuse has blown on the lighter socket. Can anyone tell me the which one it is? I know where the fuse box is.Where, on an audi a4 1998 fuse box, can I find the fuse for the cigar lighter?just check all the blue coloured ones, you can clearly see the break in the middle, maybe you need some pointy nosed pliers to pull out fuses, or even some tweesers might help.
