check your owners manual. With Audi's I would not trust the dealerships...they assume you are loaded, and they will come up with all kinds of BS. I would find a local shop that specializes in german cars instead of a dealership.

How often does the Audi A4 need a tuneup?If you bought an 08 the dealer should really be telling you when to get your A4 serviced. Obv the oil changes, I would say every 30k miles the tranny oil, at 60-70 prolly the big maintenance (timing belt, water pump, etc.). New Audis really do not have a lot of problems till later in life and the engines are usually rock solid to high 100k. Audi code if you take care of it, it will take care of you.
