How do i remove the drivers seat from a1998 audi a4 avant sports?

I have a replacement drivers seat from a salvage yard and did not see it taken out so I don't know where to start with removing the old one.How do i remove the drivers seat from a1998 audi a4 avant sports?Usually the procedure is to move the seat as far back on its runners as it'll go, then remove the two bolts securing the runner to the floor at the front, then move it forwards and do the same again with the rear bolts.How do i remove the drivers seat from a1998 audi a4 avant sports?with your hands perhaps?
