The heater is not working in my Audi A4?

I was away for 2 weeks over Christmas Hols and left car in Long term car park. I know there was frost and snow here while I was away....Heater has not been working since and its freezing! Cool air comes out ok when I turn it on.The heater is not working in my Audi A4?You possibly have a servo flap stuck in the heater control system have you got air con?whats the model and year of your A4?The heater is not working in my Audi A4?
Apparently a very common fault - go on audi owners forums to see what the usual fix is likely to be.The heater is not working in my Audi A4?Only use a 50/50 mixture with distilled water it prevents corrosion over heating ect not recommended to use more antifreeze can cause damage to other componets such as hoses, water pump ect.Now since the heat doesnt work does it take longer for the car engine temp to warm up ?I would suggest getting the coolant flushed if havnt for awhile usualy every 2 years its a good idea.If it takes alonger time to warm up the car i would look to changing the termostat usualy these are the first things to need replacing/servicing unless its something serious.The heater is not working in my Audi A4?
I just put some money into my car, (heat went away too) it came back when "Anti-freeze" was used more-so than just water in the radiator.The heater is not working in my Audi A4?you need to check your coolant level for starters and see if the levels dropped, if the header tanks empty the chances are somethings split while youve been away. what year and model is it? does the temperature gauge work still?
