The Audi RNS-E is going to be the best choice by far. In advanced cars like an Audi, the radio communicates with the car and vice versa, so installing an aftermarket radio is not a good idea.
As for the RNS-E, make sure you get a US unit, not European. (Assuming your in the US) The US units will say FM/AM on the lower left button (below the screen), and CD/SD on the button to the right of the FM/AM button. On the European version, those buttons say Radio and CD/TV. It takes a lot of work to get the European version to work with US maps for the Nav.
