My car was stolen and audi have told the insurance?

that the model is impossible to steal... it's a new tt. What do i do? How can i go up against a big company like Audi when its clear they dont want the publicity. :(My car was stolen and audi have told the insurance?Nothing is impossible to steal. The criminal mind is one of the smartest (apart from a few) they are constantly thinking of new ways and perfecting the old ways to get what they want.

Did Audi at any point state that is car is Impossible to steal i;e in advertisement or someone who works at Audi tell you this. If so then that is a clear case of false advertisement. In the long run leading you into a false sale. If was advertisement that stated that the car is impossible to steal than you will be laughing. Get the documented evidence for this.

If someone told you, then it is going to be your word against theirs.

Did you leave your car keys in the car? (silly question I know)

If you did leave the keys in the car, then you are liable and not the company as it is your fault for not making sure the right requirements are meet to keep the car secure.

Edit:

Inform your insurance company and Audi that you bought the car from, also Audi Head office that you have/or will be getting the police involved as a theft has occurred.

If your tracking advice is not working, then the manufactures did not do their job in a adequate manner, therefore allowing you to purchase a item that was not fit for sale in the first place. (that鈥檚 naughty)

If Audi is trying to point the finger at you implying that you have "made up/done" something to your car, then you can sue Audi for defamation of character.

"This is a false statement made by one person about another which involves some imputation (accusation) which

discredits that person's character, reputation or credit worthiness. A defamatory statement must be communicated to at

least one person other than the subject of the statement. It can be communicated by, for example, spoken or written

words, or by photographs, cartoons or effigies. In other words it can be communicated in any way in which meaning can

be conveyed."

Take if further, write to your local MP.

Go to the link below, very interesting on how David Beckham BMW X5 was stolen.

Sorry, but Audi is talking cobblers, don't fall for it. You have insurance, your car was nicked, your insurer must pay you.

Forget Audi, just deal with the insurance company. My car was stolen and audi have told the insurance? No car is impossible to steal, how do you think companies tow cars?

Your insurance will have to pay out unless they can prove that you are lying (why would you be).And it wont really be audi you will go up against it will be your insurers , im fairly positive you will get it resolved if not go and speak to your citizens advice bureau.
I doubt that it's impossible to steal the car, they will have made it as difficult as possible but not impossible.

If the insurance company is unwilling to work with you, try a newspaper or tv programme that is known for fighting for consumers. My car was stolen and audi have told the insurance? There was a gang in Glasgow going round with a flatbed truck fitted with a Hiab (crane) and a frame capable of lifting cars off the street.

Unless Audi are so technologicaly advanced that they have invented tyres that actually stick to the road then your insurance company are trying to accuse you of doing an insurance job on your car. A quick call to the insurance ombudsman should sort this out for you.

Here's a link to their site:

Hope this helpsMy car was stolen and audi have told the insurance?
why have audi got involved in the first place? its between you and the insurance company and maybe the police if they recovered it or you reported it to them, audi have bugger all to do with it!! tell them you are not happy with this and you will not be replacing your car with another audi, tell your insurance you do not want them involved unless it was them that stole the car!!
Noting is impossible, they are talking bollocks - excuse my language. My car was stolen and audi have told the insurance?
WelshLad puts it succinctly. There is NO car that is impossible to steal. The usual way with valuable, well-protected cars is to crane them onto a flatbed and leg it, the same as the traffic enforcement people do it. Easy.

Someone is telling porkies, either Audi or your insurers.
Noting is impossible is to steal put im sure if ur driving a AUDI TT u can afford it
