I am looking for a used car that is fast, manual, and also an Audi. I love the quattro system, since I like in New England. So I was looking at the 2000 S3 and RS4 but I'm not sure if they were ever made in America. Is it possible to find one?Is it possible to get a 2000-03 Audi RS4 or a 2000 Audi S3 in America?Neither was marketed in the US

An S3 is probably even harder to get hold of as unlike the B5 A4 the base 8L A3 was never sold in the U.S
They sold about 2500 later B7 RS4s in the U.S but only as sedans and convertibles.Is it possible to get a 2000-03 Audi RS4 or a 2000 Audi S3 in America?It's difficult to get an Audi that is "made in America," because they are made in Germany. However, one can get an RS4, look at audizine, or audiforums, and at times E-Bay. Just to let you know, the S4 has the same performance as the RS4. The RS4 has more "stuff" in it.
